“In January 2026, we returned to our native Scotland after almost 20 years of coaching Division 1 Women’s soccer in the USA. During this time, we stayed connected to the game back home in the UK and watched with excitement it grow professionally.

With more investment, has come more opportunities. But there still exists a gap. It remains challenging for many youth players to make the jump from youth and academy teams into senior/professional level.

We have seen first hand the opportunities the US College system can provide, it’s unique and no other nation has this structure for competitive sport for Elite youths - but finding the right fit is absolutely crucial to each players development.

With our experience and understanding of the college game and the many types of scholarship opportunities, we are excited to help provide another pathway for Elite female players during that crucial development phase.
